The law firm of Stenger, Diamond & Glass, LLP (Stenger, Glass, Hagstrom, Lindars & Iuele LLP) has advanced A.J. Iuele to partner, effective January 1, 2023.
Iuele, a life-long Dutchess County resident and graduate of John Jay Senior High School in East Fishkill, joined the firm in 2020 to oversee its family law and criminal law teams.
Prior to Stenger, Glass, Hagstrom, Lindars & Iuele LLP, Iuele spent four years as an Assistant District Attorney at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. His tenure as a prosecutor has been followed by over a decade in private practice, with an emphasis on family and matrimonial law and criminal defense. Iuele has achieved numerous accomplishments in all aspects of litigation, including many high-profile cases. He has litigated thousands of cases, both as prosecutor and in private practice, and was named to Super Lawyers‘ 2020 list of Rising Stars.

Iuele’s vast trial record has afforded him the knowledge and experience to handle even the most contentious of cases. His family and matrimonial practice involves complex legal and financial issues and vast marital estates, as well as more modest matters. He has handled local, national, and international custody and visitation disputes, prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, paternity proceedings, same-sex family law issues, post-divorce modification and enforcement proceedings. He has trial experience involving issues of equitable distribution, spousal support, custody, visitation/parental access, child support, post-divorce enforcement and modification actions in Supreme Court. Iuele has litigated all forms of criminal matters from low-level violations and misdemeanors to homicides.
Iuele received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from SUNY Albany and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
